Qualifications

• Experience in outside or B2B sales with a track record of relationship building.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training others in a sales setting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of addressing groups.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to understand needs and offer tailored benefit plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Follow up with clients, support claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow and train new reps through coaching, role‑plays, and debriefs.
• Run call reviews and prep sessions with the team; track weekly activity.
• Help new reps grow their book of business while guiding others.
• Collaborate with management to build a strong, successful sales team.
