Job summary

True North Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to lead territory growth, present to groups, and train new agents. You will build your own client base while mentoring others in a fast-paced field environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, consultative selling to business owners, and ongoing training to optimize performance. A 90-day license attainment plan is supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, leadership, or coaching.
• CRM software experience, preferably Salesforce.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to assess needs and tailor insurance solutions.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Support clients through claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow and train new reps in the field.
• Lead call reviews, prep sessions and debriefs with new staff.
• Help new reps track progress and weekly activity goals.
• Collaborate with manager to build a strong sales team.
• Grow and manage your own book of business while mentoring others.
