Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive DSD execution across assigned TX stores. You will build relationships with store teams, manage merchandisers, and implement sales priorities to grow sales and share.

This role requires 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. A college degree is preferred; base salary ranges from $56,200 to $77,275 with a strong bonus program.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: Manage a team of Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Drive Execution Excellence: Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and programs in store.
• Consult & Sell: Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Plan for Growth: Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics to grow territory.
• Build Relationships: Partner with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Optimize Resources: Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Champion Store Success: Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables.
• Own the Cadence: Design a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships.
• Stay Safe & Compliant: Follow Mondelēz safety and operational guidelines.
