Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery (DSD) execution across a defined Indiana territory, building strong relationships with store personnel and driving top-line growth.

You will coach a team of Merchandisers, optimize in-store displays, and execute HQ programs while ensuring safety and compliance. The position offers a competitive base salary plus a performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• College degree is highly preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background.“
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Mondelez International offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Drive flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers and HQ programs.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-notch service.
• Optimize deployment of merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering and display execution to support territory performance.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
