Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive DSD execution across a local territory in Indiana. You will lead a team of merchandisers, optimize in-store displays, and collaborate with store personnel to deliver top-tier service and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs., etc.).
• Successful drug test, MVR check and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead a team of Merchandisers (FT/PT) from hiring to coaching and development.
• Drive flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in store.
• Consult & Sell on-site to customers to secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Optimize resources by deploying merchandisers and order writers effectively.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Own the cadence: design and execute a smart store schedule.
• Stay safe and compliant with Mondelez safety and operational guidelines.
