Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to lead in- territory growth and coach new agents. You will sell to business owners, present to employee groups, and train new reps while building your own client base. This hybrid role blends field leadership with ongoing sales execution.

You will mentor teammates, conduct role-plays, and drive weekly activity goals. A health & life license or path to obtain it is supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside or B2B sales.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training others in sales.
• Ability to present clearly to individuals or groups.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM usage.
• Desire to serve and grow those around you.
• Health & Life general lines license or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to understand needs and offer tailored insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Follow up with clients and support them through claims and coverage questions.
• Shadow new reps in the field and provide hands-on sales training.
• Run call reviews, prep sessions, and debriefs with new team members.
• Help new reps track progress and set weekly activity goals.
• Collaborate with your manager to build a strong sales team.
• Grow your own book of business while guiding others to do the same.
