Job summary

True North Group LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to lead in your local territory. You will sell to business owners, present to employee groups, and train new agents, combining field leadership with hands-on sales excellence.

You’ll build your own client base, coach others with role-play and real-time feedback, and collaborate with management to grow the team. A health and life license or path to obtain one within 90 days is available, with training and weekly draw pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, leadership, or coaching.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce).
• Health & Life general lines license, or ability to obtain one within 90 days (we'll help with this process).

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners to understand needs and offer tailored insurance plans.
• Deliver engaging benefit presentations to employee groups.
• Provide hands-on sales training, coaching, and role-playing for new reps.
• Shadow new reps and conduct call reviews, prep sessions, and debriefs.
• Help new reps track progress and set weekly activity goals.
• Collaborate with manager to build a strong, successful sales team.
