Job summary

Do It Best Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Houston, TX to drive market share for member-owners by promoting programs, products, and services. You will travel within the territory and partner with retailers to implement best practices in-store and optimize sales opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with the corporate team to meet member needs, prospect new independents, and assist with major in-store events that boost consumer traffic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in sales/marketing/business or related experience.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience.
• Strong work ethic and professional sales approach.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and develop action plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the territory to sell member-owners programs, services, and promotional products.
• Work with member-owners to implement best practices in their retail locations.
• Collaborate with the corporate office to address each member's needs.
• Prospect within the territory to recruit new independent home improvement retailers.
• Assist in planning and coordinating major in-store events to drive traffic.
