Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH company, seeks a results-driven sales leader to grow market share across Texas markets. Drive revenue, manage a sales team, and partner with operations to align pricing, delivery, and customer service.

You will analyze markets, build budgets, set pricing strategies and develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. Requires travel within territory and a track record in construction-material sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, construction, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in roles with a customer service focus is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills demanded.

Responsibilities

• Achieve volume, market share, price, and revenue objectives for assigned territories.
• Develop new markets and expand current customer base; manage sales budget and forecasts.
• Lead and motivate sales team; ensure alignment with operations and pricing strategies.
• Maintain relationships with key commercial accounts and monitor payments and performance.
