Job summary

MAPEI Corporation seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to grow revenue across the Tennessee territory. You will conduct hands-on product demonstrations, leverage samples to prove value, and close deals with builders, distributors, and specifiers.

The role rewards performance with a base salary of $75,000–$90,000 plus a highly variable incentive plan, auto/fuel allowances, comprehensive benefits, and generous time off.

Qualifications

• External sales experience with proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Ability to travel within the territory and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to customers demonstrating value.
• Build relationships with key purchasing decision-makers and ensure retention.
• Identify tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio to address customer needs.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline using industry sources and market research.
• Provide market intelligence to inform product strategy and innovation.
• Represent the Company at trade shows and customer meetings.
