Job summary

MAPEI Corporation in the United States is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative with a proven track record to sell our construction chemicals and building materials. You will deliver hands-on demonstrations, use samples, and engage key decision-makers to showcase value.

You will build pipelines, hit targets, travel across the territory, and participate in trade shows. The role offers a base salary 75,000–90,000 USD plus an uncapped monthly incentive plan, comprehensive medical benefits, 17 paid

Qualifications

• Proven external sales experience in the relevant industry/products.
• Strong knowledge of the assigned market/industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Deliver persuasive presentations to prospective and existing customers.
• Build relationships with key purchasing decision-makers and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
• Gather market intelligence on customer preferences, competition, and trends.
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings.
• Maintain a safe workspace and adhere to safety standards.
• Perform other duties as required.
