Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern in Field Sales for Summer 2027 to join our Commercial organization. You will work with Territory Sales Managers in a hybrid, hands-on program that combines field exposure with data analysis and strategic recommendations.

This 10-week internship offers meaningful projects, professional development, and networking with leaders across the organization, aiming to deliver outcomes that support territory growth and consumer engagement.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with expected graduation between 2027 and 2028.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Present project findings to leaders at internship end.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
