Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern in Field Sales for Summer 2027. The 10-week program offers hands-on projects, mentoring, and networking across the Commercial organization.

You will work in the field, learn how strategic plans translate into market results, and gain exposure to sales leadership. You will analyze market trends, support territory growth, and contribute to projects that enhance retailer engagement and commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Graduation expected between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student orgs, athletics or work.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at internship end.
