Job summary

PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 offers hands-on experience in field sales and commercial operations within a 10-week program.

You will work with seasoned sales leaders to translate business plans into real marketplace results and develop retailer relationships that drive growth. During the internship, you’ll analyze market trends, support territory reviews, and contribute to projects aimed at improving commercial effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
