Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern in Field Sales for Summer 2027. This 10-week program provides hands-on experience in territory operations, analytics, and commercial strategy, with real-world projects and leadership exposure across a defined territory.

You'll ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to initiatives that drive territory growth and consumer engagement, while developing professional skills and a network of leaders.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, activities, or work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
