Job summary

PMI U.S. Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 offers hands-on experience in territory management and commercial operations. You will spend time in the field with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, and contribute to projects that drive territory growth and consumer engagement.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development teams while developing leadership and data-driven storytelling skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, or commercial strategy.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
