PMI U.S. is offering an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 program designed to give hands-on experience in commercial operations. You will work in a fast-paced territory, supporting sales, analytics, and shopper insights while rotating with experienced sales leaders.

The internship includes field time, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, culminating in a presentation to senior leaders. A hybrid work model and professional development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Interest in sales, consumer products, business development, or commercial strategy.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Join ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution.
• Analyze sales, market and territory data for opportunities.
• Support territory performance reviews and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, CX, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects to improve commercial effectiveness and efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to leaders at internship end.
