Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. offers an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027 in the United States. The 10-week program provides hands-on experience in field sales, retail execution, analytics, and business development, with mentoring from senior sales leaders.

Interns will ride along with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market trends, support performance reviews, and contribute to projects driving territory growth in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
