Philip Morris International U.S. is offering a 10-week Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales Summer 2027. The Territory Sales Manager Intern will gain exposure to field sales and commercial operations while partnering with experienced leaders to execute priorities in an assigned territory.

Interns spend time in the field analyzing market trends, supporting territory growth, and engaging retailers. The program emphasizes professional development, networking, and opportunities to contribute to PMI

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Graduation expected between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
