Leppo Rents in Ocala is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to own a territory on the road. You’ll spend most of your week meeting contractors, landscapers, and equipment buyers, cold calling and building relationships that turn into repeat business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred in equipment, ag, construction, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of time outside the store—cold calling, prospecting, and meeting customers face-to-face across your territory.
• Hunt new business while growing and protecting existing accounts.
• Selling and marketing top-brand equipment, including Bobcat, and matching customers with the right machine for the job.
• Owning your pipeline—tracking leads, meetings, and sales activity in CRM like it's your own business.
• Represent Leppo at trade shows, training, and industry events.
