Job summary

Leppo Rents seeks an enthusiastic outside sales hunter in Ocala. You'll spend most days on the road, meeting contractors and equipment buyers, building relationships, and driving growth across your territory. You’ll own the pipeline, prospect new business, and represent the company at trade shows and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience preferred across equipment/industrial sectors.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Integrity and follow-through are essential – Leppo Way.

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of time outside the store, cold calling and meeting customers face-to-face across your territory.
• Hunt new business while growing and protecting existing accounts.
• Sell top-brand equipment and match customers with the right machine.
• Own your pipeline and track activity in CRM with accountability.
• Represent Leppo at trade shows, training, and industry events.
• Stay aware of market trends and bring ideas back to the team.
