Leppo Rents in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Outside Sales Specialist to grow our presence across Jacksonville and the surrounding area. You will build relationships with contractors, demo and sell industry-leading equipment, and expand the territory with new accounts.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, opportunities for career development, and a supportive team culture. Travel within the territory and a strong customer focus are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience; equipment industry a plus.
• Self-starter and strong communicator.
• Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Clean driving record; willing to travel within territory.
• Competitive, personable and growth-oriented.
