SSF Imported Auto Parts LLC is seeking a business development-focused professional to expand our customer base and support the sales team through market intelligence and strong customer relations. You will commute to designated markets, build relations with SSF customers, and train staff on new products and promotions to drive growth.

The role requires multitasking, excellent time management, and a professional approach. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.

Qualifications

• Background in auto parts distribution a significant plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and resolve customer issues promptly and politely.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Work in accordance with SSF policies and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development of SSF customer base and support sales growth.
• Commute within designated markets and service customers as second contact after the assigned salesperson.
• Educate customers on new products, promotions, and tools to grow sales.
• Resolve customer service-related issues related to sales, service and product.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance product lines.
• Prepare market evaluations for management on conditions, competition, promotions, and growth opportunities.
• Record field calls and results with current and potential customers.
• Perform special projects as needed.
