Job summary

SSF Imported Auto Parts LLC is seeking a focused business development professional to strengthen customer relations and support the sales team across designated markets. The role emphasizes growth through new customers and organic opportunities.

Location is based in multiple markets with travel and commuting to customers; candidates should be ready to engage with diverse clients and internal teams to drive sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto parts distribution is a significant plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and resolve customer issues.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow SSF customer base and support sales growth.
• Visit and establish relationships with SSF customers; secondary contact after salesperson.
• Educate customers on products, promotions and tools to drive sales growth.
• Report and resolve customer service issues related to sales/service/product.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to enhance product lines.
• Prepare market evaluation reports for management on conditions and opportunities.
• Maintain records of field visits and outcomes with current/potential customers.
• Perform special projects as needed.
