Job summary

SSF Imported Auto Parts LLC is seeking a Business Development/Sales Support role to build and maintain customer relations across multiple markets. The position supports sales objectives, assists the sales team, and contributes to intelligence gathering for growth.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, visiting customers, educating on new products and promotions, and resolving service-related issues while coordinating with Product Managers to enhance offerings.

Qualifications

• Background in auto parts distribution is a significant plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and resolve customer issues.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze sales reporting to propose actions for meeting objectives.
• Visit SSF customers and act as second point of contact after the assigned salesperson.
• Educate customers on new products, promotions, and tools to boost sales growth.
• Address and resolve customer service issues related to sales, service, and product.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to improve product lines.
