Job summary

SSF Imported Auto Parts LLC is seeking a business development professional to build and maintain relationships with SSF customers and support sales growth across multiple markets. This role emphasizes intelligence gathering to ensure we reach sales objectives and assist the sales team.

Candidates must be able to commute within designated markets and maintain records of field activities, while educating customers on new products and promotions to drive additional sales growth.

Qualifications

• Background in auto parts distribution is a significant plus.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and analysis of all sales reporting to support sales objectives.
• Visit and establish working relationships with SSF customers and serve as second point of contact.
• Educate customers on new products, promotions, and tools to drive sales growth.
• Report and resolve customer service-related issues pertaining to sales, service, and product.
• Work with Product Managers to enhance and improve existing product lines.
• Prepare market evaluation reports on marketing conditions, competition, promotions response, and growth opportunities.
• Keep records of field call visits and results with current/potential customers.
• Perform special projects as needed.
