Job summary

Core-Mark in Little Rock, AR is seeking a driven Sales Representative to manage a portfolio of independent convenience store customers and drive growth through our food service and convenience programs.

You will prospect new accounts, nurture relationships, and leverage your knowledge of pricing, promotions, and services to increase profitability across stores. This field-based role offers uncapped commissions and a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Proven success with closing sales for a variety of product lines with B2B.
• Proven and successful sales ledger travel & time management experience.
• Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP and cold-chain integrity; Serv-Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profit margins through execution on sales strategy and territory management.
• Prospecting and onboarding of new customer accounts, including cold calling to build a robust pipeline.
• Educate customers on convenience and foodservice programs, promotions, policies, and delivery specifics.
• Review reports with store managers and act on opportunities.
• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure compliance with credit terms.
