Job summary

SumUp’s field sales team is expanding across the US. As Outside Sales Account Executive you’ll own your territory in El Paso, TX, manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and represent SumUp’s payment and loyalty solutions to local merchants.

This remote‑first, field‑based role rewards initiative and results with uncapped earnings and clear growth paths. You’ll build relationships, research your territory, and use CRM tools to stay focused and effective.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, across retail, hospitality, B2B, or SaaS, with a drive to perform.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based, territory-driven role.
• Strong communication and listening skills to tailor approaches for merchants.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a territory-based sales pipeline by prospecting and developing relationships with local businesses.
• Run the full sales cycle from cold outreach to close.
• Research your territory to identify opportunities and prioritise time effectively.
• Use CRM to track activity, manage your pipeline, and communicate clearly.
• Represent SumUp’s payment and loyalty solutions to help merchants grow.
