Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Account Executive in Cheyenne, WY, to drive new business for Spectrum Business’ communication solutions. You’ll prospect, consult, and close deals with small business clients in your territory.

In this role you’ll manage CRM records, meet sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business by engaging small businesses in the territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and deals.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with products and strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
