Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in a competitive environment.
• Experience in hunting/prospecting in outside sales.
• Track record of nurturing and developing a sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory conversations with small businesses regarding payroll needs.
• Build a sales pipeline and close new business.
• Meet and report sales activity metrics regularly.
• Collect documentation for payroll data conversion.
