The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of B2B sales experience and will manage a defined sales territory, ensuring success through relationship building and sales strategy.

The position offers competitive compensation including a base salary of $55,000 - $76,000, plus an incentive plan with OTE of $100,000 - $125,000, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience in a competitive quota environment.
• Experience with hunting/prospecting in an outside sales environment.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle including pipeline building.
• Meet with prospective customers, negotiate and close new business.
• Report sales activity metrics regularly.
