Job summary

WingSwept in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Account Executive to drive new business for managed IT services. This field-based role covers Northern VA, DC, and Southern Maryland with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and profit sharing (OTE $90–$100k).

You may not have MSP experience yet, but strong B2B sales and prospecting skills are welcome. You’ll be coached, supported, and equipped to succeed in delivering long-term managed IT services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B outside sales experience (technology sales is a plus but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A history of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Responsibilities

• Owning and Growing the Territory: Develop relationships with prospective clients throughout Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Southern Maryland.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, community involvement, and strategic outreach.
• Follow up on qualified appointments generated by our Sales Development Representatives.
• Consistently build and manage your sales pipeline.
