Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (O.S.R) to develop and nurture relationships with customers while meeting sales targets. This position is hybrid, based from Elgin, IL, Lombard, IL, or Kenosha, WI, and requires expertise in our precast products.

The successful candidate will utilize various tools, participate in bid strategies, and work with diverse teams to deliver exceptional service. Competitive salary and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have ability to travel (Approx. 50% +) throughout the sales region.
• Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Become the Subject Matter Expert on Oldcastle Infrastructure products.
• Identify and bid appropriate projects within assigned marketing area.
• Communicate with the broader Oldcastle Commercial team.
