Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Stone Mountain, GA office on a hybrid schedule. You will build and maintain relationships with civil contractors, utility companies, and municipalities while promoting our precast concrete products.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will develop plans to grow regional sales, identify bid opportunities, travel about 50%+, and collaborate with QA, Production, Operations, Transportation, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
• Ability to travel ~50%+ throughout the sales region.
• Strong business acumen in sales/marketing for civil infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing of all Oldcastle Infrastructure precast products (utility vaults, concrete pipe, culverts, manholes, catch basins, etc.).
• Prospect opportunities and market products within core markets.
• Identify and bid projects; develop bid strategy for each job.
• Use software tools to manage prospects and issue quotes.
• Assist the Area Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and profitability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with the engineering community to get Oldcastle products specified.
• Meet specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, Operations, Transportation and Accounting to ensure top customer service.
• Coordinate with the broader sales team for overlapping territories and cross-portfolio opportunities.
• Participate in industry associations to build networking and business relationships.
