Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow relationships with civil contractors, utility companies and municipalities while promoting precast concrete products.

This hybrid role, located at our Lebanon, TN plant, requires about 50% travel and a proven track record in technical sales to engineers. You will collaborate with Sales & Estimating to meet sales goals and margins with the support of CRH resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in civil infrastructure construction, precast concrete manufacturing sales, or similar product sales.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen in sales/marketing within civil infrastructure.
• Ability to read and interpret civil design drawings and engineering production drawings.
• Must be able to travel (~50%+) across the sales region.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently within territory.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing of Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products including utility vaults, pipes, culverts, manholes, and drainage products.
• Prospect opportunities and market products within core markets.
• Identify and bid projects and develop bid strategy.
• Utilize software tools to manage prospects, issue quotes, and communicate with the team.
• Support Area Sales Manager in strategy to achieve sales goals and profitability in key markets.
• Develop relationships within the engineering community to get Oldcastle products specified.
