Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop and maintain productive relationships with contractors while meeting sales targets. The O.S.R.

will work with Oldcastle Infrastructure to deliver quality proposals to close business and grow regional volume. The ideal candidate travels ~50%+, resides in IL (Elgin or Lombard), holds a bachelor’s degree, is proficient in MS Office, and brings strong business acumen in civil infrastructure sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to travel approx. 50%+ throughout the sales region.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Become the Subject Matter Expert on all Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products.
• Deliver top-level service and communication internally and externally.
• Prospect opportunities and companies and market products within core markets.
• Identify and bid projects within the assigned marketing area and support bid strategy.
• Utilize Salesforce, Office Suite, and SharePoint to manage prospects and quotes.
