Job summary

Richelieu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our local business region. You will manage relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers and woodworkers, conducting consultative sales both in person and virtually.

Based in the Boston area, you will travel to customer sites 3–4 days per week, leverage CRM to optimize calls, and drive revenue growth while representing Richelieu's broad product offering and support programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, ideally outside sales in building materials or construction.
• Strong customer service and solution-focused selling.
• Willingness to travel in the territory 3–4 days/week.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Own reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities with cabinet and furniture manufacturers.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions in person and virtually.
• Travel within territory to visit customers 3–4 days per week.
• Use CRM to track activity and follow up on requests.
• Meet or exceed sales growth targets.
