Job summary

Distribution International is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our territory’s sales volume and profits by actively engaging new and existing customers. You will plan calls, develop territory forecasts, and deliver quotes and presentations to customers at all levels.

The role requires overnight travel up to 75% and a driver’s license. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with CRM experience viewed favorably to drive success in a safety-sensitive, outdoor-sales environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year outside sales experience (B2B).
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales volume and profits within the territory by calling on new and existing customers.
• Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts for the territory.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations for customers.
• Use pre-call planning and CRM to track activities.
