Job summary

Talent Harbor, a rapidly growing MSP and IT security provider in the Mid-Atlantic, seeks a Field Sales Account Executive to own net-new growth. You will hunt, close, and build a referral network across PA, MD, and DE, engaging C-suite leaders with tailored IT security and cloud solutions.

The role offers hybrid/remote flexibility within the Mid-Atlantic, uncapped commissions with first-year OTE of $150,000+, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, FSA, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in MSP, IT services, or SaaS/subscription tech.
• Hunter mindset with ability to open new doors and close deals.
• Experience building referral pipelines and networks.

Responsibilities

• Hunting and closing full-cycle outbound sales for IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and VoIP solutions.
• Build a lucrative referral pipeline via LinkedIn, conferences, and partnerships.
• Engage C-suite leaders with tailored technology solutions and strategic proposals.
• Meet and exceed sales goals with a structured 30/60/90-day plan.
