Job summary

W3Global in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Outside Sales & Estimating Manager with direct outside sales experience in scaffolding and shoring.

You will grow existing customer relationships and develop new business throughout Northeast Florida, combining field sales, site visits, and accurate construction estimating to deliver profitable projects.

The role requires reading plans, coordinating with estimators and operations, and building long-term partnerships with general contractors and owners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction, equipment rental, estimating or outside sales.
• Experience with scaffolding, shoring, formwork, concrete, or rental equipment preferred.
• Reads construction drawings, plans and specifications.
• Comfortable visiting active construction sites.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Develop new contractor and construction-industry accounts in Northeast Florida.
• Conduct regular customer and jobsite visits.
• Prospect general contractors, subcontractors, PMs, estimators and superintendents.
• Identify upcoming projects requiring scaffolding, shoring or access solutions.
• Develop accurate estimates, pricing and customer proposals.
• Present proposals and recommended solutions to customers.
• Negotiate projects while maintaining gross margins.
