Job summary

The Brock Group Inc is seeking an E&D Scaffold Supervisor in Jacksonville, FL to lead Scaffold Builder I & II teams, supervise erect/move/dismantle scaffold, and ensure strict adherence to OSHA/ANSI regulations. Reading plans, managing costs, and maintaining job documentation are essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of scaffold experience or equivalent construction experience.
2+ years of supervision/leadership experience preferred.
Understanding of accounting and P&L concepts preferred.
Equipment rental experience.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) and Rentalman.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Perform and supervise E&D jobs safely following Brock policy and OSHA/ANSI regulations.
Ensure PPE and fall protection are worn by all employees.
Oversee work to promote profitability and productivity.
Support sales and customer service with world-class service.
Process and obtain signatures and required documentation for each job.
Maintain accurate timekeeping and job-related records.
