- Ability to estimate and price scaffolding or access projects, including labor costs.
- Strong relationships within the commercial construction industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business and build relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and commercial construction clients.
- Identify, pursue, and win project bids throughout the territory.
- Visit job sites, assess project requirements, and prepare competitive estimates and proposals.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify opportunities to expand sales across scaffolding, access equipment, shoring, and related solutions.
- Manage sales opportunities, customer relationships, and pipeline activity through Salesforce.
