Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Field Enablement Manager in New York to drive onboarding and ongoing enablement for Sales and Customer Success across AMER. You will partner with Sales leaders to tailor global programs for local motions, accelerate ramp, and build confidence across first-line teams in a fast-growing region.

You’ll deliver live and virtual training, certify programs, and collaborate with Curriculum, PM, and Operations to ensure measurable behavior change. Hybrid work model in NYC.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or a related GTM role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live and virtual enablement sessions for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Administer program certifications and provide structured feedback.
• Conduct field listening to identify gaps and shape programs.
• Lead reinforcement and coaching to drive post-program adoption.
• Partner with Curriculum, PM, and Operations to share field insights.
• Use AI tools to accelerate delivery and model effective AI use.
