Job summary

Wella Company in the United States is seeking a Manager, Sales Capability to lead hands-on field execution training for the US frontline Sales organization. Reporting to the Sr.

Manager, Sales Enablement & Capability, the role focuses on delivering high-impact training experiences, coaching, and reinforcing best-in-class selling behaviors. You will partner with frontline leaders to drive adoption of tools and provide ongoing feedback to strengthen programs and field readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, sales capability, enablement delivery, training, or leadership.
• Credible frontline sales execution; prior field sales or people leadership preferred.
• Experience coaching sales skills and facilitating training (virtual and in‑person).

Responsibilities

• Coach frontline sellers and people managers on sales skills and behaviors.
• Deliver virtual and in‑person capability training experiences.
• Reinforce adoption of frontline tools and ways of working.
• Partner with field leaders to improve programs and content.
