Job summary

Wella Company is looking for a remote Manager, Sales Capability responsible for coaching frontline sales teams and delivering training experiences. The role involves reinforcing best practices, managing adoption of sales tools, and collaborating with field leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and proven experience in training or sales enablement. This position may require extensive travel (up to 50%). The salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, sales capability, or training.
• Experience in frontline sales execution preferred.
• Ability to coach and facilitate training sessions.
