Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair and water management specialist, is hiring Sales Development Representatives. In this outdoor, field role you’ll knock on doors, start conversations with homeowners, and educate them about foundation and waterproofing needs while generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

No prior sales experience is required; we provide training, coaching and tools.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable speaking with homeowners in neighborhoods.
• Reliable outdoor work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned territories.
• Educate homeowners about foundation and waterproofing needs.

• Schedule appointments for Groundworks' representatives.
• Document interactions and track leads in company systems.
