This outdoor role requires resilience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with coaching and training provided to grow within Groundworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales or field-based selling is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and neighborhoods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door outreach to homeowners in assigned territories.
• Educate homeowners about foundation and waterproofing needs and Groundworks products.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Track leads and activities in company systems and mobile apps.
• Meet or exceed targets for opportunities and appointments.
• Represent Groundworks professionally in the community and travel as needed.
