Job summary

Alsco Uniforms seeks a Sales Consultant to drive branch growth, reporting to a Regional Sales Manager. After a 13-week training, you’ll identify and secure new customers, build relationships, and deliver tailored linen, uniforms, and facility-services solutions for food & beverage, industrial and healthcare sectors.

You’ll join a team focused on meeting financial goals, with a clear path for advancement and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 1 full year minimum of outside business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues.
• A motivated, results-driven mindset with time management and territory management skills.
• Desire to effectively utilize the company CRM to drive your results.
• Proven history of successful sales experience and discipline to meet and exceed your weekly goals.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline your upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
