Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth for the Dallas branch. You will be trained by a Regional Sales Manager, then identify and close new customers across food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors that use linen, uniforms, and facility services.

You’ll work with a dedicated team to meet financial goals, develop your skills, and contribute to branch growth. Competitive pay with strong commissions and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• College degree preferred or two years of outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
