Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Pompano Beach, FL, seeks a results-driven Sales Consultant to drive branch growth by identifying prospects and closing new business across food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors that rely on linen, uniforms, and facility services.

You’ll train with a Regional Sales Manager, build client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions with a supportive team, aiming to exceed revenue goals and expand our customer base.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven history of successful sales experience with weekly quotas.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
